About Me, The Baker
Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m the heart behind ‘What I Loaf About You‘, a microbakery built with love while making really good bread. I’m a proud mama with passion for baking by scratch. What started as baking for my family turned into something much bigger after I was laid off from my corporate job. I decided to shift gears and follow what truly made me happy. I believe bread should be simple and made with ingredients you can actually pronounce. That’s why everything from ‘What I Loaf About You‘ is made with clean, high-quality ingredients, food you can feel good about. It’s my way of offering a wholesome alternative to store-bought bread. Every loaf and treat is made with intention and care. My goal is bring comfort, joy, and homemade feeling to the community as I do in my own home.
